Wild fish, wild strawberries, wild animals, and wild times.

I was blessed with an opportunity last weekend to escape the heat with three young men who have just graduated out of HS and are moving on…some to college, some out of state, but all out of our high school ministry.  And so, with a couple of open days between graduations and the hectic schedule of summer ministry, the four of us packed into my truck and headed for the pines with good food, good movies, good games, and good attitudes. DCA Elk Hunting Seminar

Last night, I was able to go to an elk hunting seminar organized by the Desert Christian Archers club that was held here in Phoenix at Calvary Community Church.  It was a great time with my Dad and uncle and it’s definitely getting me excited for my elk hunt at the end of September!  They served a great dinner and there were dozens and dozens of raffles and giveaways.  There were also 15-20 vendors who were there highlighting their gear and giving stuff away.  It...
